Just back from a lovely ride with Little Monkey. She loves speed, as does her horse Honey, so we trot and canter quite a lot when it’s just the two of us. Yesterday’s slower pace allowed us to see a coyote and a buck in the velvet. Today’s pace led to a big backtrack to [...]  We arrived home this afternoon, after an uneventful day’s travel. It is nice to be back with my family, they are my home. We spent our time in DC and Annapolis mostly, with the tourist historical experiences everywhere.
